At ONE SHEAR, we stand behind the precision and quality of our medical tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your medical shears or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
